docs: Add a glossary - #491

I know this is still WIP, but it would be amazing if we could add a section to the README that explains how to run and test the project, both from the browser extension and from Node. |

Adds a glossary to the docs folder. This file contains terms that map to concepts found throughout the monorepo. Also updates the .cursorrules to engage language model reviewers in maintaining the glossary.
To Reviewers: Consider it an experiment to see if the AI can keep the documentation fresh.
